Cecile Currier
Chief Executive Officer of Concern Health
Cecile is Chief Executive Officer of Concern Health, an innovative, leading edge employee assistance program. She is an accomplished business leader with a deep knowledge of mental health and a passion for improving access to care. Since joining El Camino Health as vice president of corporate and community health services, Cecile has led community benefit, a large primary care clinic, ancillary services, and programs serving both the Chinese and South Asian communities. Keenly aware of the challenges facing mental health organizations, Cecile has incorporated a number of new approaches to deliver care, including peer support, coaching, and access to services using digital technology. She is a recognized public speaker on behavioral health and social determinants of health and has consulted on mental health strategy for a number of global technology companies.
An activist and advocate for a variety of causes, Cecile has served in executive leadership roles for the Alzheimer's Association, the Mental Health Association of California, and the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce. Deeply committed to ensuring the availability of quality, accessible mental health services in our community, she also serves on the Board of Directors for CHAC. Cecile is a recipient of the prestigious Tribute to Women in Industry, Momentum Shining Stars, and the Chamber of Commerce Businessperson of the Year awards.
Cecile earned a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master's degree in social work. She is also a licensed clinical social worker.
