Inpatient Rehabilitation Center
Recovery from a traumatic injury, surgery or a condition that affects your brain or spine is often a long journey. Our highly skilled rehabilitation team is dedicated to supporting you every step of the way. They offer expert care and encouragement, and treat you with compassion and understanding.
As a designated inpatient rehabilitation facility, our rehabilitation care team works together to address every aspect of your care — your physical, emotional and psychological needs, as well as practical considerations for your return home. Our team is committed to helping you regain your independence as quickly and safely as possible.
When you come to the center, you’ll find plenty of natural light, an outdoor patio and garden views from the gym. Our semiprivate, comfortable rooms offer a place to rest after therapy and practice the skills you need for independent living.
Is Inpatient Rehabilitation Right for You?
We provide a full range of rehabilitation services to address illnesses or injuries such as stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, spinal cord injuries, amputations and complex orthopedic disorders.
Our admissions team will evaluate you and help with the transition to our center. Inpatient rehabilitation services are designed to help those who:
- Require 24/7 medical care.
- Are able to participate in three hours of therapy, five days a week.
- Need multiple therapy services, such as physical or occupational therapy, neuropsychology services or speech-language therapy.
Your daily care is overseen by a board-certified physiatrist — a doctor who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation — and includes intensive therapy and 24-hour nursing care. Nurses and therapists educate you and reinforce what you learn to help you return home safely.
Our goal is to help you resume the activities you enjoy and gain as much independence as possible.
