El Camino Health and PRN agree on New Contract

Mountain View, CA – El Camino Health has reached agreement with Professional Resource for Nurses (PRN), the union that represents hospital nurses within its health system, on a new three-year contract. The mutually beneficial agreement, which was ratified by PRN members on Sunday, June 25, ensures El Camino Health continues to provide high quality care to the communities it serves. The new contract term runs from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026.

"This new agreement is a testament to our strong commitment to our nurses as well as our patients, who choose to seek care at El Camino Health," said Dan Woods, chief executive officer of El Camino Health. "The fact that we were able to reach consensus just three months after discussions began is a testament to the professionalism of the El Camino Hospital and PRN negotiating teams."

The contract with PRN continues El Camino Health's practice of providing hospital nurses with competitive pay and benefits and recognizes their dedication toward El Camino Health’s patients by delivering exceptional care every day.
