CEO Contract to End June 30

Mountain View, CA - February 10, 2011 - Today, El Camino Hospital announced that Kenneth Graham's contract as president and chief executive officer will end June 30, the close of the FY10-11 fiscal year, without cause, at the request of the hospital's Board of Directors. The Board has authorized Chairman Wesley Alles to form an executive search committee and initiate the process to find a new CEO.

"During the transition period, Mr. Graham will have full authority and responsibility as president and CEO," stated Wesley Alles. "During Mr. Graham's almost-five-year tenure, El Camino Hospital has experienced many notable accomplishments, including the opening of a new seismically safe hospital building, re-designation as a nurse Magnet Hospital, a praiseworthy Joint Commission survey, the establishment of the Women's Hospital and the Center for Advanced Radiosurgery."
