Ask A Dietitian
Did you know that you can read nutrition labels to choose healthy foods?
Did you know that dietary fiber is a type of carbohydrate? How to minimize carbohydrates the healthy way?
Whether your goal is learning how to eat a healthy diet, or tailoring an eating plan that works best for you, our monthly Ask a Dietitian Workshop will provide you with the skills you need to make the best food choices and improve your healthy habits.
During the first 30 minutes of the workshop, the dietitian will discuss the monthly topic, including common misconceptions. That will be followed by a one-hour question and answer session.
There's no time like the present to get started. Please register in advance here.
