15-Minute Tip: Call a friend: If you’re feeling stressed, it could elevate your heart rate. Panic and anxiety attacks are often met with a racing heartbeat. If you encounter these symptoms, or are feeling stressed, try calling a close friend or family member to talk through things.
30-Minute Tip: Listen to a soothing podcast or song: Podcasts not only engage your mind, but can also lower stress levels. Consider it another form of meditation. Depending on the type of podcast you listen to, many can soothe and calm your mind and heart.
