Keep your New Year health kick going strong with this energy-fueled breakfast.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp salt
Toppings:
- Raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
- Nut butter of choice
Directions:
- Finely chop the walnuts and pecans, then combine in a small bowl with the other ingredients except the almond milk and maple syrup.
- Warm the almond milk until steaming, then add to the mix with the maple syrup. Stir until combined.
- Top with berries and nut butter of choice, then serve and enjoy!
