1-Minute Tip: Wash your hands with soap and warm water. To help prevent the spread of RSV, flu, and other illnesses, continue to wash your hands thoroughly and often – just you've become accustomed to doing during the pandemic. This is not the time to let up on this easy and important habit!
5-Minute Tip: The moment you wake up, get some early sun exposure. Walk outside for a few minutes, or even open your drapes or blinds and face the sunshine to get some much needed natural light directly onto your face – before you spend any time on screens!
15-Minute Tip: Eat an anti-inflammatory snack. Fruits like papaya, apples and pineapple are great sources of anti-inflammatory foods that can provide important nutrients and vitamins.
30-Minute Tip: Close down your screens. Rest your eyes and your brain for 30 minutes by putting down your phone, shutting off your laptop or turning off the TV. Give yourself time to reset and recharge.
