1 minute: Swap out your toothbrushes or toothbrush heads for new ones. We’ve said it before – but you need to be changing them every three – four months. Get a new one now, and you could be good to go until Daylight Savings Time returns in early March!
5 minutes: Replace the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors with new ones. This should be done at least once a year and doing it at the same time as setting your clocks will help remind you every year.
15 minutes: Explore different hz frequencies to find one that can help you relax during the day, increase your concentration, or fall asleep fast. At the very least, these soothing chants and tones will help you calm down and clear your mind. Search for 432 and 528 frequencies (the most popular) on YouTube or try a specialty app such as Healing Frequency Sleep Sounds or Frequency: Healing Sounds. Meditation apps such as Calm also have a large selection of hz frequencies for sleep, relaxation and more.
30 minutes: Vacuum your couch cushions and decorative pillows. You might be shocked at how much dust and hair accumulates between the cushions and behind the pillows. Use the upholstery attachment for the deepest clean. Or, to really keep allergens at bay, get them professional steam cleaned once a year when you set your clocks back!
